The Original CliShay

October 12, 2024 was the rescheduled CliShay Fest. The Fest was postponed due to weather. An estimated 35 people showed up over the course of the day. Guests were from New Unionville, Indiana, Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Atlanta, Georgia. This was the largest gathering of CliShays in the country (or at least Dearborn County). 5 CliShays and one geared locomotive filled the steaming bays. Since it was also a scheduled run day, a small diesel sneaked onto the track. Chuck did his best to remedy the incursion. The club engine was also seen riding guests. Operations began at 9:00 and the gate was closed at 5. Many thanks to the ladies who ran the diner and thanks to the generous donations.
